Teletalk emergency balance:

Teletalk emergency balance is a service offered to Teletalk's prepaid SIM mobile customers base to simplify advance of airtime payable on the next airtime Teletalk recharge. Above, meeting the eligibility rules the Teletalk customer will make an automated airtime revenue request by one of the available way (SMS & USSD). The system will revenue the airtime on Teletalk customer's account. The borrowed airtime will be refined the next time the Teletalk customers her/his account without charging any service fee.
To reach Teletalk emergency balance subscriber can:
USSD dial *1122# to request anTeletalk emergency balance service. You can also get other detail such as pending loan amount, history, status, and your eligibility etc.
Or,
Send Message 10 to get Tk. 10, 20 to get Tk. 20, 30 to get Tk. 30, and 30 to get Tk. 30 to 1122. You can also send Yes to 1122 to get your maximum eligible Teletalk emergency balance service hassle free.
Teletalk emergency balance for all customers

Service details:
  • Teletalk emergency balance can be used for any purpose with unlimited validity.
  • Eligible Teletalk emergency balance amount will get refreshed based on customer usage behavior & repayment frequency.
  • After availing Teletalk emergency balance the loan amount will be automatically deducted from the customer's account on  their next recharge. So, you just recharge & repay the loan without any additional service fee.
  • To avail the Teletalk emergency balance customers need to USSD dial *1122# or SMS Yes to 1122.
  • Customers will be able to check the emergency balance by USSD dialing code *1122# or write SMS STATUS to 1122.
  • Message send to 1122 is toll-free & no monthly subscription fee will be charged for Teletalk emergency balance.
Other Terms and Conditions:
  • To enjoy Teletalk emergency balance service customer need to be activated and registered Teletalk prepaid customers.
  • Teletalk customer can only avail further Teletalk emergency balance after paying the due amount in full.
  • All other the tariff, service & pulse will remain unchanged.
  • Supplementary Duty (SD) + VAT on the tariff inclusive of SD and surcharge (SC) on the tariff will be applicable.
Customer eligibility will be as per under usage criteria:

Tk. 50 emergency balance details-
  • Airtime value- Tk. 50.
  • Minimum tenure on a network- 180 days.
  • Service Fee- Tk. 00.
  • Average recharge/month- Tk. 400.00
  • Maximum balance- Tk. 10.
  • Recovery attempt- On recharge.
  • Maximum last recharge- 15 days.
Tk. 30 emergency balance details-
  • Airtime value- Tk. 30.
  • Minimum tenure on a network- 180 days.
  • Service Fee- Tk. 00.
  • Average recharge/month- Tk. 240.00/399.99
  • Maximum balance- Tk. 6.
  • Recovery attempt- On recharge.
  • Maximum last recharge- 15 days.
Tk. 20 emergency balance details-
  • Airtime value- Tk. 20.
  • Minimum tenure on a network- 180 days.
  • Service Fee- Tk. 00.
  • Average recharge/month- Tk. 160.00/239.99
  • Maximum balance- Tk. 4.
  • Recovery attempt- On recharge.
  • Maximum last recharge- 15 days.
Tk. 10 emergency balance details-
  • Airtime value- Tk. 10.
  • Minimum tenure on a network- 180 days.
  • Service Fee- Tk. 00.
  • Average recharge/month- Tk. 80.00/159.99
  • Maximum balance- Tk. 2.
  • Recovery attempt- On recharge.
  • Maximum last recharge- 15 days.
